We are committed to design, development and production of creative and ergonomic insole products.
Not a problem! We’re happy to make recommendations based on the specific use or need that you may have.
If you’d like to narrow down the selection of insoles to only those items that meet your needs, try our Insole Selector. It’s a great and quick way to find only the products that will work for you.
If you still need help, not a problem. Simply contact us and we’d be happy to walk you through the recommendation process!
For products that use shoe sizing as their size selection, select the size that best matches the size shoe that you wear. For example, if an insole has the options “Men’s 8-9” and “Men’s 10-11” as two options and you typically wear a men’s size 10 shoe, you would want to select the “Men’s 10-11” option.
If you are between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up. Using the above example again, if you typically wear a men’s size 9.5 shoe, you would want to select the “Men’s 10-11” size insole.
For products that use other sizing systems, such as “Small,” “Medium,” etc. we typically post the corresponding shoe sizes in the product details. Please check the sizing guide or product details for that product to see which size would work best for you.
Lastly, We have a handy conversion guide available to help match U.S. sizing to U.K. and E.U. sizing, as well as to inches and millimeters in case you’re still not sure.
On average, an insole will last approximately 6 months with normal everyday use.
There are a number of factors that go into estimating the lifespan of an insole. Heavy usage or high-impact activities will wear out an insole faster than normal. Conversely, only occasional usage may extend the life of an insole.
Unfortunately, for any insole sold as a pair we are unable to split the pair to just ship a single insole.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive either an email or a text message (depending on the contact information entered during checkout) confirming your order and providing you with a link at which you can track the status of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a follow-up message to the same contact information with your order tracking details and a link to view your order status.
If you never received these messages or have since deleted them, you can contact us at any time.
In most cases like this, your package isn’t lost. Typically, a lack of updates means that there might be an issue that prevents automated updates to your shipping status, but the order is still on the way. Regardless, we’d appreciate it if you’d let us know if you have any concerns about your shipment tracking status, as we’d be more than happy to reach out to the carrier and get a detailed update for you.
In the event that a package is truly lost in transit, we’d be more than happy to replace the order for free.
